PRICING

  • Event rental pricing is $150/hr, with a minimum of 3 hours total booking time. 

  • Each additional hour is $75/hr, after the 3 hour minimum. 

  • Any set up/tear down and clean up time must be included in your rental booking.

  • $100 refundable cleaning deposit must be paid at time of booking.

CLEANING

  • Renters are required to do a full clean after the event, and a $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required with all event bookings. This deposit is due at the time of booking, but is refunded 24 hours after your event, when the cleaning requirements have been met. 

  • You can also opt to have our professional cleaning crew come in after your event, at a $250 charge.
