PRICING
Event rental pricing is $150/hr, with a minimum of 3 hours total booking time.
Each additional hour is $75/hr, after the 3 hour minimum.
Any set up/tear down and clean up time must be included in your rental booking.
$100 refundable cleaning deposit must be paid at time of booking.
CLEANING
Renters are required to do a full clean after the event, and a $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required with all event bookings. This deposit is due at the time of booking, but is refunded 24 hours after your event, when the cleaning requirements have been met.
You can also opt to have our professional cleaning crew come in after your event, at a $250 charge.

Special Event Rental – Cleaning & Housekeeping Checklist
PARKING NOTICE (updated 2/5/26)
There is a shared parking lot located directly behind the studio, used by neighboring businesses — including a high-traffic fitness gym.
During peak class hours, parking is limited
Due to recent snowfall, some spaces may be blocked by plowed snow
Nearby street parking is available and may be necessary for guests or vendors
CLEANING CHECKLIST
To receive your $100 refundable cleaning deposit, the following tasks must be completed within your reserved rental time:
Bathroom
Clean and tidy the space
Remove bathroom trash and replace liner
Kitchen
Remove all kitchen trash
Trash must be taken to the dumpster behind the building — this is required
Wash, dry, and put away any dishes used
Remove all food brought in — check the refrigerator
Thermostat
Reset to 68 degrees-this MUST be done
Floors
Sweep and vacuum all used spaces
Both a full sweep and a mop are required to receive a refund on your cleaning deposit. No exceptions!
Furniture
Break down all tables and chairs
Return them to the kitchen area
Linens
Leave any rented white linens by the utility closet
Props, Lighting, Extra Items
Return anything moved (furniture, lights, etc.) to its original location
Final Step
Lock the front door before you leave
Failure to lock the door will result in an automatic $100 fine
Pro Tip: Take photos before setup to easily restore items to their original positions during cleanup.
STUDIO RULES & HOUSEKEEPING POLICIES
You must be fully cleaned up and out of the space during your booked time
We allow back-to-back rentals, and late checkouts may result in loss of deposit
A full sweep and vacuum is required
Tables and chairs must be returned to the kitchen area
The following are not permitted:
Open flames (candles, incense, etc.)
Tape, nails, tacks, or adhesives on walls
Use of seamless paper backdrops without explicit permission from the studio host
Do not tape, clip, or hang anything from the backdrop rolls
Pro Tip: The downstairs bedroom may be used as a temporary storage space during your event.
