Entry instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to your rental. Keyless entry pads are located on the West and East side of the building, respectively. There is not a keyless entry at the front door, you must use the assigned side entrance to enter/exit.

There is a large lot behind Uncommon that is free parking. We share this parking lot with MELT fitness, a popular workout space, and during their peak class times (9am and 6pm), parking can be harder to come by. There are multiple lots nearby and street parking within close proximity as well.

Yes! Our space is ideal for intimate gatherings-showers, happy hours, networking, catered events and small gatherings! BONUS: we offer tables, linens, seating and servingware for 20. Email uncommon614@gmail.com for all event inquiries

Unfortunately no, not at this time due to to allergies and furniture in the space. It may be something we consider introducing in the future!

All rentals will begin promptly at the rented time. You and your guests/clients may enter the building at your designated rental time.

Need more time than you originally planned for? If there is availability , you may certainly extend the rental time of your session by adding an additional hour to your booking. Text the On-Call Host to check availability. All of the on-call host info is listed on a calendar and can be found near the studio’s entryway.
